A tentative confirmation will be granted when we process the registration. Email will be sent to the student with this tentative confirmation. We will advise (by Email) when payment has been verified and a full confirmation is granted.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a full confirmation has been granted, cancellation policies are in effect. Should you not attend class, your tuition may be forfeit. For your protection, please review the cancellation policies below.

Payment

We accept payment by company check, approved purchase order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment must be received at least one week before class begins.

For other forms of payment, please contact us directly.

Cancellations

There are two types of cancellations: 1) you cancel a registration, or 2) we cancel a class.

1. You cancel a registration:
   Contact us as early as possible.
   We will issue a cancellation confirmation number: this is your proof that we have received the cancellation
   You must cancel your registration two weeks or more before class to qualify for a full refund.
   Cancelled registrations one to two weeks before class will "roll over" the tuition to a future class of your choosing.
   Cancelled registrations less than one week before class forfeit the tuition.
   
2. We cancel a class:
   This rarely occurs, and only for extraordinary events.
   We will make every reasonable effort to contact you as soon as possible.
   If you expect to be travelling or otherwise difficult to reach, please ensure that your Email and telephone are being monitored.
   Your tuition will be refunded in its entirety.
   Please note that RyteTyme is not responsible for other expenses.

This includes all printed and projected matter, standard drawings and "chalk talk" figures, and all spoken lecture material. Recording of lectures is, therefore, not allowed.
